In order to enhance the corporate skills of the students during the pandemic period, Anand Engineering College Technical campus is organizing a corporate webinar series. This session was authored by Mr. Rajbir Singh Saini Vice President, Human resource department in Reliance Industries Limited. Session aimed on self and career development of the students.

He focused that our students should come up with their plans both short and long term to smoothen their career path. They should have a habit of unlearn and relearn the concepts which drives them towards the growth. He narrated some of the industry examples to make the understanding easier. Students were able to understand how the employees are always motivated for personal growth in Reliance industries. He expressed his ideas as personal development makes you a confident and matured professional, two extremely important qualities for career growth. It helps you smile even in the worst circumstances. Upgrading oneself with time is extremely important as it not only prepares you for the present but also for the future.

Prof. V K Sharma Executive Vice President always consider that knowledge and skills can take a student far ahead and continuous learning are bound to get quick promotions in the corporate jobs and lucrative incentives and rewards.

Prof. Shailendra Singh, Director AEC focused on personal development which helps the students to set their  goals and expectations for themselves. As to create the face in a crowd student needs to administer their vision in life.

Mr. Atul Narang, Dean student welfare has thanked Mr. Rajbir Saini for making student understand the importance of personal development in a career growth and appreciated him for resolving all the queries raised by the students after the session. Mr. Mohd. Arif, Dr. Ravi Kant Pathak and Dr. T. Senthil Siva Subramanian made their major contribution in organizing the webinar.
