Department of Biotechnology, Hindustan College of Science and
Technology, is organizing 2 days professional workshop on Post Harvest Food Processing Techniques in association with Horticulture and Food Processing Department, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh on 25th-26th March 2017 at Hindustan College of Science and Technology, Farah, Mathura.
The Post harvesting Food processing techniques which will be highlighted are preparation of: Squash (Rose, pineapple, orange etc.), Various Sauces (Tomato, green chili and Tamarind sauce), Pickles of Lime, vegetables and Chili.
All faculty members and staff along with their spouses are invited to participate in the workshop and welcome to get registered for training. A certificate on behalf of Horticulture and Food Processing Department, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh will be issued to the participants.
