Anand College became the winner in the Kho-Kho competition. Pratham Pradeep Dandotiya Smriti Two Day District Level Kho Kho Competition was held at John Milton School, in which the final match was played between Anand College of Education and Sun Shine Academy. Anand College of Education won by 7–0 points.

Founder of Anand College of Education Shri. Y. K. Gupta and the Director Mr. Dr. PK Singh congratulated the winning team. The team coach was Dr. Girish Kumar and team manager Mr. Mukesh Dinkar.

Anand College of Pharmacy (SGI, Agra) celebrated “World Health Day”, on 7th April, 2021. on theme “building a fairer, healthier world” as the theme 21^st century.

All students participated with great enthusiasm along with faculty members through a powerpoint presentation on “COVID-19, Preventions and Precautions to create awareness regarding ongoing pandemic.

Dean, Anand College of Pharmacy Prof. (Dr). Kashmira J. Gohil, congratulated all students and staff for celebrating this day with great enthusiasm and appreciated them for their active participation imparting information on ongoing covid and vaccination. The students were further motivated to maintain a professional cultured environment in the college.

Kushi Kapoor(B. Pharm 1^stYear, Section-A), Ayesha Kausar and Tapan Kumar(D. Pharm 2nd Year), Harshit Sachdeva(B. Pharm 2^nd Year, Section-A) andAryan Bharti (B. Pharm 1st Year, Section-A) and Anjali Chauhan(B. Pharm 1^stYear, Section-B) participated in oral presentation and enhanced awareness on “World Health Day”.

The event was coordinated by faculty members, Mr. Harsh Bhardwaj, Ms. Ashini Singh, Ms. Komal Gurnani, Ms. Gunjan Verma and Ms. Diksha Singh. 

The five-day Scout Guide Camp at Anand College of Education, Keetham, Agra was concluded with great joy. Scout guide ASOC, Agra mandal, Agra Shri Rakesh Saini and Registrar of Sharda Group Shri Manish Gupta were present as special guests in the program. The program was presided over by the college director Dr. PK Singh. The program was inaugurated by lighting a lamp in front of Mother Sharda. Mr. Rakesh Saini, who was present as the chief speaker and the chief guest, gave detailed information about the principles of the Scout Guide and said that through this training, adjusting to the real situation of life, to make the life alive and inside the human being Training is made to build humanity.

Program President Dr. PK Singh appreciated the camp and said that all training candidates should develop human qualities in themselves so that the spirit of public service and national service is developed in you. At the end of the program, tents prepared by the training and food without fire were evaluated by the chief guest. The teams were awarded by the College Director in the first, second and third place in the competition. Dr. Vishesh Rajput, Mrs. Bhavna Agre, Mrs. Alka Mishra, Mrs. Usha Singh, Mrs. Neetika Bansal, Mr. Sandeep Agarwal, Dr. Girish Kumar etc. were present on the occasion.

Anand College of Pharmacy, SGI, Agra organized an orientation program for newcomer (fresher) students of B. Pharm. and D. Pharm. on 12 October 2021 in B. Pharm hall of the college. More than 120 students participated in this program with their parents.

Prof. (Dr.) K. J. Gohil, Dean of the college welcomed and congratulated the newcomers on getting admission in Anand college of Pharmacy and talked about the importance of the noble pharmacy profession along with the need of proper aptitude, attitude and discipline from students in studying the professional course as Pharmacy.

Prof. V. K. Sharma (Executive Vice President of SGI) delivered a motivational speech including deep knowledge of the domain, good attitude & behavior, and ability to apply professionalism in real life.

Prof. (Dr.) K. J. Gohil along with Prof. V. K. Sharma felicitated meritorious students of session 2019-20 and 2020-21 respectively. Dr. Pankaj Verma (Registrar) delivered an introduction to the college and organization. Dr. Rekha T. Rajput, Controller of examination delivered a speech on examination patterns and assessment systems. Dr. Ritesh Kumar delivered a presentation on the introduction and scope of pharmacy. Mrs. M. Shamshath Begum informed the rules and regulations of college to students as a counsellor.

In this event, the Dean along with all the faculty members of the college congratulated and blessed them for their bright career in the profession of pharmacy.

Dr. Pankaj Verma, Dr. Rekha T Rajput, Dr. Deepali Pandey and Mr. Gurvinder Pal Singh were the coordinators of this event.

An Awareness Programme on “World Pneumonia Day” was organized at Anand College of Pharmacy, SGI, Agra on 12^thNovember, 2021 with the theme “Stop Pneumonia- Every Breath Counts”

All students, Faculty and staff members participated in this awareness programme with great enthusiasm. The students presented excellent Powerpoint & Poster Presentations regarding the management of Pneumonia to create awareness.

Prof. (Dr.) K J. Gohil, Dean and Prof. (Dr.) Gyanendra Kumar Sharma, CAC, Anand College of Pharmacy congratulated all students , Faculty and staff members for organizing this awareness programme with great zeal and appreciated them for their active participation.

In Power Point Oral Presentation Anjali Chauhan (B. Pharm, 2^nd year, Sec-A), Yash Saxena (B.Pharm, 1^st year, Sec-B) and Vishal Sharma (B.Pharm, 1^st year, Sec-B) secured First, Second and Third positions respectively.

In Poster Presentation Chavi Sharma (B.Pharm, 2^nd year, Sec-A), Nandini Gupta (B.Pharm  1^st year, Sec-B) and Shanskriti Ojha (B.Pharm, 1^st year, Sec-B) secured First, Second and Third Position respectively.

The judges of the event were Dr. Rekha T. Rajput, Dr. Ritesh Kumar, Dr. Gyanendra Singh and Dr. Deepali Pandey.
