Anand Engineering College, Agra has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Small Industry Corporation (NSIC) to create an ecosystem for promoting, Aiding and fostering the growth of startups by the students of Anand Engineering College.

From NSIC side Sh. T.S. Rajput, General Manager NSIC, and from AEC, Dr. Shailendra Singh, Director signed the memorandum in the presence of other dignitaries.

Dr. Shailendra Singh, Director told that NSIC is the flagship Mini Ratna PSU under ministry of MSME in the business of facilitating MSME in India.

Sh. Dharm Singh Registrar, AEC congratulated all Anandian for this achievement.

Anand College of Pharmacy welcomed freshers of B. Pharm & D. Pharm on 16^th January, 2021. Prof. V. K. Sharma, Executive Vice President, SGI, Agra inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. After Saraswti vandana and bouquet presentations, Prof. (Dr) Kashmira J. Gohil, Dean, Anand College of Pharmacy, welcomed all and pointed out the main achievements of the college, while addressing the audience mentioning the historical importance of the day as nationwide vaccination against corona has started in India after never seen lockdown in the country with the major chaos that has ensued in world due to this covid-19. As Anand college of pharmacy has always gathered and maintained momentum for regular classes as online and now online plus offline classes, the students were motivated and instructed to be as dedicated and punctual in their studies emphasizing the need for Discipline as an integral part of student’s lives as the college is committed towards student’s growth and excellence in training in order to cater to the growing demands of Pharma industry. Prof, V. K. Sharma, Vice president of SGI, Agra addressed and motivated students conveying that the life is also a celebration and appealed all to be focused upon professional competence, skill, knowledge, behavior and good attitude to create a strong foundation in order to lead successful life forever. Shri Y. K. Gupta, Hon. Vice chairman, SGI, sent his blessings in the message.

Students participated in an assortment of cultural performances such as   Dancing, Singing, and stand-up comedy; ramp walk and standing dance were the center of attraction among these programs. Khushi Sharma and NamanVatyani (B. Pharm 1 st Year), were chosen as the “Ms. and Mr. fresher” 2021, and  Sanskriti Srivastava and Pragyesh (D.Pharm 1 st Year) were chosen as the “Ms. And Mr. fresher” 2021,and were felicitated by the Dean Prof (Dr). K. J. Gohil. The whole event was coordinated and managed by Cultural Co-coordinators: Mr. Harsh Bardwaj, Mrs. Khushboo Lavania, Ms. komal Gurnani and Ms. Ashini Singh. 

Anand College of Pharmacy (SGI, Agra) celebrated “World Health Day”, on 7th April, 2021. on theme “building a fairer, healthier world” as the theme 21^st century.

All students participated with great enthusiasm along with faculty members through a powerpoint presentation on “COVID-19, Preventions and Precautions to create awareness regarding ongoing pandemic.

Dean, Anand College of Pharmacy Prof. (Dr). Kashmira J. Gohil, congratulated all students and staff for celebrating this day with great enthusiasm and appreciated them for their active participation imparting information on ongoing covid and vaccination. The students were further motivated to maintain a professional cultured environment in the college.

Kushi Kapoor(B. Pharm 1^stYear, Section-A), Ayesha Kausar and Tapan Kumar(D. Pharm 2nd Year), Harshit Sachdeva(B. Pharm 2^nd Year, Section-A) andAryan Bharti (B. Pharm 1st Year, Section-A) and Anjali Chauhan(B. Pharm 1^stYear, Section-B) participated in oral presentation and enhanced awareness on “World Health Day”.

The event was coordinated by faculty members, Mr. Harsh Bhardwaj, Ms. Ashini Singh, Ms. Komal Gurnani, Ms. Gunjan Verma and Ms. Diksha Singh. 

Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow recently announced the B.Tech Final Year result. The result was 100 percent. More than 76% students of AEC secured 80 percent marks and brightened the name of the institute. Dr. Shailendra Singh, Director of the College congratulated all the students  and their parents.

On this achievement of the Institute, Vice Chairman of Sharda Group Mr. Y.K. Gupta, Executive Vice President Prof. V.K.Sharma also congratulated all the meritorious students and teachers for their commendable teaching.

The Honorable Director also congratulated all the teachers and counselors to set new records in the future and to brighten the name of the institute.

The objective of this agreement is to promote and interact with one another, by sharing expertise and resources in the area of common interest for mutual benefits.

MoU between AEC and Coding Ninjas will ensure that both the parties arrive at a common platform to work towards their vision and increase awareness about the importance of Coding and Technical skills among the student community.

Under this MoU Coding Ninjas shall provide a platform & training program with the features which can be used to enhance the learning environment in college and will also encourage students to practice more programming questions and develop a deep understanding of the subject.

This shall be executed in the areas of C++, Python & Java programming languages to increase the employability of engineering students of pre-final and final year.

This training shall include theory and practical classes, and on the successful completion of the training, students will be provided Industry-recognized certificates of completion & excellence by Coding Ninjas; a company that has more than 300 placement partners and an impressive record of placing students in tech jobs.

This collaboration will be a blended learning model, wherein Coding Ninjas will help to enhance the learning process of Anand Engineering College (Agra) students by providing a better learning management system, and industry standard content with extensive training which will make them placement-ready; Anand Engineering College Agra will provide Faculty Coordinators to help Coding Ninjas execute their courses in a blended model.

The areas/activities will be further expanded and diversified with the mutual consent of both the parties.
