Anand Engineering College Agra organised Corona Testing Camp for its employees on August 8, 2020. This camp was organized by AEC in association with Primary Health Centre Achhnera and PHC Runakta. Camp was inaugurated by Mr. Dharam Singh Registrar AEC and Dr Lawania, Dy CMO, PHC Achhnera.

A webinar on “Redefine your Lab-based Learning with Lt Platform” was organized at Anand College of Pharmacy in collaboration with AD Instruments on 29th September, 2020, Tuesday at 2-00 pm to 3-30pm.
Mr. JKL Prasad (BDM North & East India), Mr. Muktesh Sharma (Assistant Manager) Mr. Mohd Farooque (Application Specialist), AD Instruments South Asia (India) Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi, elaborated on software experiments in experimental pharmacology sharing all practical aspects including demonstration of anti-inflammatory and cardiac activities on animal models.
Prof. (Dr) K. J. Gohil, Dean, Anand College of Pharmacy, SGI coordinated this webinar in college to inspire knowledge sharing on interactive learning platform in the unprecedented time of COVID-19. Also the fact that actual animal experiments are banned in primary graduate level keeping with the norms and regulations of CPCSEA, Govt. of India; the online learning mode is the only available mode to learn practical aspects of subjects in Pharmacology.
All faculty members of Anand college of Pharmacy attended the webinar online. Dean commended all participants for the same, emphasizing that these online modes of teaching and learning were the only way out for teachers and students in this pandemic situation and to keep updating their knowledge to assist students better by effective knowledge sharing and updates on latest technologies.
Anand Engineering College Agra celebrated Jan Andolan for Covid -19 on October 9, 2020. Jan Andolan campaign was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 8, 2020. Mr. Dharam Singh, Registrar took a pledge with all the members of ANAND FAMILY to wear a mask, follow physical distancing and maintain hand hygiene during daily activities.
Dr. Shailendra Singh, Director AEC told that the aim of this Jan Andolan campaign is to encourage the participation of all the employees of AEC to protect themselves from Covid-19.
Anand College of Pharmacy welcomed freshers of B. Pharm & D. Pharm on 16th January, 2021. Prof. V. K. Sharma, Executive Vice President, SGI, Agra inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. After Saraswti vandana and bouquet presentations, Prof. (Dr) Kashmira J. Gohil, Dean, Anand College of Pharmacy, welcomed all and pointed out the main achievements of the college, while addressing the audience mentioning the historical importance of the day as nationwide vaccination against corona has started in India after never seen lockdown in the country with the major chaos that has ensued in world due to this covid-19. As Anand college of pharmacy has always gathered and maintained momentum for regular classes as online and now online plus offline classes, the students were motivated and instructed to be as dedicated and punctual in their studies emphasizing the need for Discipline as an integral part of student’s lives as the college is committed towards student’s growth and excellence in training in order to cater to the growing demands of Pharma industry. Prof, V. K. Sharma, Vice president of SGI, Agra addressed and motivated students conveying that the life is also a celebration and appealed all to be focused upon professional competence, skill, knowledge, behavior and good attitude to create a strong foundation in order to lead successful life forever. Shri Y. K. Gupta, Hon. Vice chairman, SGI, sent his blessings in the message.
Students participated in an assortment of cultural performances such as Dancing, Singing, and stand-up comedy; ramp walk and standing dance were the center of attraction among these programs. Khushi Sharma and NamanVatyani (B. Pharm 1 st Year), were chosen as the “Ms. and Mr. fresher” 2021, and Sanskriti Srivastava and Pragyesh (D.Pharm 1 st Year) were chosen as the “Ms. And Mr. fresher” 2021,and were felicitated by the Dean Prof (Dr). K. J. Gohil. The whole event was coordinated and managed by Cultural Co-coordinators: Mr. Harsh Bardwaj, Mrs. Khushboo Lavania, Ms. komal Gurnani and Ms. Ashini Singh.

All students participated with great enthusiasm along with faculty members through a powerpoint presentation on “COVID-19, Preventions and Precautions to create awareness regarding ongoing pandemic.

Gohil, congratulated all students and staff for celebrating this day with great enthusiasm and appreciated them for their active participation imparting information on ongoing covid and vaccination. The students were further motivated to maintain a professional cultured environment in the college.
