We are glad to inform that Anand College of Pharmacy (SGI, Agra) organized Webinar on “Redefine your Lab-based Learning with Lt Platform”

A webinar on “Redefine your Lab-based Learning with Lt Platform” was organized at Anand College of Pharmacy   in collaboration with AD Instruments on 29th September, 2020, Tuesday at 2-00 pm to 3-30pm.

Mr. JKL Prasad (BDM North & East India), Mr. Muktesh Sharma (Assistant Manager) Mr. Mohd Farooque (Application Specialist), AD Instruments South Asia (India) Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi, elaborated on software experiments in experimental pharmacology sharing all practical aspects including demonstration of anti-inflammatory and cardiac activities on animal models.

Prof. (Dr) K. J. Gohil, Dean, Anand College of Pharmacy, SGI coordinated this webinar in college to inspire knowledge sharing on interactive learning platform in the unprecedented time of COVID-19. Also the fact that actual animal experiments are banned in primary graduate level keeping with the norms and regulations of CPCSEA, Govt. of India; the online learning mode is the only available mode to learn practical aspects of subjects in Pharmacology.

All faculty members of Anand college of Pharmacy attended the webinar online. Dean commended all participants for the same, emphasizing that these online modes of teaching and learning were the only way out for teachers and students in this pandemic situation and to keep updating their knowledge to assist students better by effective knowledge sharing and updates on latest technologies.

AEC Fresher Party

The students of Anand Engineering College organized a Freshers’ Party EUPHORIA 2020 on Dec 29, 2020 to welcome the Batch of 2020. The purpose of the Freshers Party was to make every new student feel connected as an integral part of the ANAND family and be ready to take on the challenges of the year ahead.  Jovial smiles and high spirits marked the welcome party for the new students. The party was organized at Sir C V Raman Auditorium. It manifested youth and enthusiasm at its best.

As a trend of the Institute, the party began with the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony and prayers to Goddess Saraswati.  Dr. Shailendra Singh, Director inaugurated the Event by welcoming the students through his motivational speech. Mr. Dharam Singh, Registrar welcome all new students and said that fresher’s party is all about creating everlasting relationships with each other. Such events are indication of union among the students.

 

Pulsating ambience, flashing lights and foot-tapping music, set the mood of the party right. The excitement augmented to a joyful high as performances graced the stage. The mercury began to rise, the dance floor was left open for some unbridled energy. Joy and happiness could be seen among students of each and every course at the college.

Vishvendra Singh from CS and Nalini Gupta from MBA I year were declared the Mr. Fresher and Miss Fresher of the Fresher Party. Harsh Mishra, MBA first year and Jahnvi Israni from Biotech First year were declared the winners of Title of Mr and Miss Popular respectively.
